Marina di Carlotto is a buoy field located between an old granite quarry of Genoese origin (known throughout the world as the famous “French Quarry”, where granite was quarried in the early second half of the 19th century) and beautiful islands within easy reach, such as Budelli with its famous Spiaggia Rosa (Pink Beach), Spargi with its dream beaches and Razzoli with its majestic lighthouse. Another typical element that can be admired in the area is a small church, La Madonnetta, clinging to a granite boulder overlooking the sea, still a destination for the faithful devoted to the small statue of Mary saviour from the dangers of the sea.
